An Iran Air Tours McDonnell Douglas MD-82 on behalf of Iran Air, registration UR-CHX performing flight IR-351 from Kish Island to Tehran Mehrabad (Iran), was enroute at FL340 about 60nm south of Isfahan (Iran) when the crew donned their oxygen masks and initiated an emergency descent, passenger oxygen masks were released, due to the loss of cabin pressure. The aircraft diverted to Isfahan for a safe landing.

Iran's Civil Aviation Authority rated the occurrence a serious incident and is investiating.
