The Canadian TSB reported the first officer became incapacitated shortly after departure from Fort Lauderdale and was removed from the flight deck. The crew subsequently contacted Medlink for medical assistance. The captain advised ATC, performed the incapacitated pilot procedures and continued the flight to Toronto.
