The airline reported that the cargo hold was checked, there were no live animals and no staff in the hold, there were no indications of any movement or anomaly of the cargo, the aircraft was therefore released to depart again.
The aircraft departed again after about 4 hours on the ground and reached Chengdu with a delay of 4:45 hours.
