An Airlinair Avions de Transport Regional ATR-42-500 on behalf of Hop!, registration F-GVZD performing flight A5-3341/AF-5591 from Nice to Toulouse (France) with 35 passengers, was on approach to Toulouse's runway 32L when smoke developed in the cabin. A short time later the right hand engine (PW127E) lost power. The crew declared PAN and continued for a safe landing on runway 32L a few minutes later. The aircraft was able to vacate the runway and taxi to the terminal, where passengers disembarked normally.

The engine is being replaced.
