An Envoy Embraer ERJ-145, registration N665BC performing flight AA-4680 from Philadelphia,PA (USA) to Ottawa,ON (Canada) with 50 people on board, was climbing out of Philadelphia's runway 27L when the crew stopped the climb at 7000 feet reporting an indication in the cockpit requring them to return to Philadelphia. The aircraft landed safely back on Philadelphia's runway 27R about 17 minutes after departure.

A passenger reported the crew announced an engine (Ae3007) issue as cause for the return.

A replacement ERJ-145 registration N631AE reached Ottawa with a delay of 2 hours.
