A Korean Air Airbus A330-200, registration HL7538 performing flight KE-137 from Seoul (South Korea) to Nadi (Fiji) with 115 people on board, was enroute at FL370 about 750nm northeast of Guam (Guam), about 1700nm into the 4400nm long flight, when the crew decided to return to Seoul due to a hydraulic failure. The aircraft landed safely back in Seoul about 5 hours after turning around.

A replacement A330-200 registration HL7552 departed 2 hours after landing and reached Nadi with a delay of 11 hours.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground about 27 hours after landing back.
