An Air Canada Embraer ERJ-190, registration C-FGLY performing flight AC-1126 from Saskatoon,SK to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 90 people on board, was climbing through 10,000 feet out of Saskatoon when the crew detected the aircraft did not properly pressurize and decided to return to Saskatoon for a safe landing about 30 minutes after departure.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found the R2 Vent flap open and its hinge pins adrift. The hinge pins were reinstalled and the aircraft returned to service.

The aircraft reached Toronto with a delay of 11 hours.
