An Air Canada Boeing 767-300, registration C-FCAF performing flight AC-2128 from Montreal,QC (Canada) to Lyon (France) with 173 people on board, was on final approach to Lyon's runway 35R when the crew selected flaps 20 but received a "LE FLAP ASYM" EICAS message. The aircraft went around, climbed to 5000 feet, the crew worked the related checklist and declared PAN. The aircraft landed on Lyon's runway 35L at a slightly higher than normal speed about 22 minutes after the go around.

Canada's TSB reported maintenance replaced the Flap Slat Electronic Unit.
