A Condor Boeing 767-300, registration D-ABUT performing flight DE-2402 from Frankfurt/Main (Germany) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 217 passengers and 9 crew, was enroute at FL350 about 290nm south of Keflavik (Iceland) when the crew decided to turn around and return to Frankfurt due to a hydraulic failure. The aircraft landed safely back in Frankfurt about 3 hours later.

The flight was postponed to the next day.

The occurrence aircraft, D-ABUT, departed the following day after about 17 hours on the ground and reached Toronto with a total delay of 23 hours.
