A passenger reported the passenger oxygen masks were not released. About 15 minutes after the descent the flight crew announced that guest services would continue. Initially the plan was to return to Paris, but was changed to divert to Munich. The passengers are now estimated to depart Munich later in the evening of Apr 17th, details are not yet clear (at Apr 17th 17:00L local time).
