A Boliviana de Aviacion Boeing 767-300, registration CP-2881 performing flight OB-767 (dep Jan 30th) from Miami,FL (USA) to Santa Cruz (Bolivia) with 224 passengers and 6 crew, was enroute at FL350 about 150nm southeast of Bogota (Colombia) when the crew needed to shut an engine (CF6) down due to a low oil pressure indication. The aircraft drifted down to FL200, diverted to Bogota, burned off fuel at 13,000 feet and landed safely on runway 13R about 75 minutes after leaving FL350.

The airline confirmed an engine low oil pressure indication prompted the diversion to Bogota, a Boeing 737-300 and a Boeing 737-700 were dispatched to Bogota to pick up the passengers and take them to Santa Cruz.
