A Republic Airlines Embraer ERJ-190 on behalf of Frontier Airlines, registration N170HQ performing flight YX-1863/F9-1863 from Denver,CO to Phoenix,AZ (USA), landed on Phoenix's runway 26 when a service cart came loose causing minor injuries to five passengers.

Frontier Airlines reported three of the five injured were taken to a hospital, the other two treated at the airport, all were diagnosed with minor injuries. The airline is still investigating how the cart came loose.
