An Air Canada Airbus A320-200, registration C-FLSS performing flight AC-935 from Miami,FL (USA) to Montreal,QC (Canada), was climbing out of Miami when the crew stopped the climb at 16,000 feet due an "ENG 2 REV PRESSURIZED" ECAM message. The crew worked the related checklist, reduced the right hand engine (CFM56) to idle and returned to Miami for a safe landing about one hour after departure.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 4 hours undergoing maintenance, then departed again and reached Montreal with a delay of 4.5 hours.

The Canadian TSB reported the crew declared PAN PAN and returned to Miami to enable a maintenance investigation following the "ENG 2 REV PRESSURIZED" ECAM caution message.
