A Westjet Boeing 737-700, registration C-FWCN performing flight WS-1245 from Tampa,FL (USA) to Toronto,ON (Canada), was on final approach to Toronto's runway 24L when the crew received an "ANTISKID INOP" indication and went around. The crew completed the related checklist after which the indication extinguished. The aircraft positioned for an approach to runway 23 and was on final approach when the indication re-occurred. The crew requested emergency services to attend and continued the approach for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance identified the right hand antiskid valve at fault and replaced the valve.
