A Uni-Top Airlines Airbus A300-600 now freighter, registration B-2330 performing a test flight UW-763 (AIB-763) from Dresden to Dresden (Germany), was climbing out of Dresden's runway 22 when the rudder servo access panel separated from the vertical tail of the aircraft and impacted the roof of a residential building at Doebelner Street within Dresden City, about 2.2nm from the end of runway 22. The crew unaware of the occurrence continued the test flight climbing to FL310 and heading out towards the Island of Ruegen when the crew was advised of the occurrence. Due to problems with the cabin pressure the aircraft was descended to FL110 for the return to Dresden and landed safely back in Dresden about 100 minutes after departure.

A ground observer reported the part broke through the roof. Police was called and seized the part, which was further handed out to Germany's BFU.

The Aviation Herald inquired with the BFU on Monday Jul 20th 2015, on Jul 24th 2015 the BFU responded that the occurrence was rated an incident and is not being investigated by the BFU.

The aircraft had undergone maintenance to be converted to a freighter aircraft and was to be testflown after completion of the conversion.
