A Delta Airlines Boeing 767-300, registration N1605 performing flight DL-30 (dep May 5th) from Atlanta,GA (USA) to London Heathrow,EN (UK), was on final approach to Heathrow Airport's runway 27R when the crew went around from about 2300 feet reporting a rudder ratio indication which, given the current winds, made a landing on runway 27 impossible due to reduced cross wind limits. The aircraft diverted to London Stansted for a safe landing on runway 22 about 25 minutes later.

The occurrence aircraft was able to position to Heathrow about 5 hours after landing.
