An Air Canada Boeing 767-300, registration C-GLCA performing flight AC-117 from Toronto,ON to Calgary,AB (Canada) with 164 people on board, was enroute when the center hydraulic system's pressure and quantity indications dropped to zero. The crew declared PAN, worked the related checklists and continued to Calgary, where the flaps and gear were extended using the alternate systems. The aircraft landed safely on Calgary's runway 17L and stopped on the runway for an inspection by emergency services.

The aircraft vacated the runway on its own power after about 5 minutes, emergency services needed to clean up a puddle of fluid on the runway left by the aircraft.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance identified the slat/flap shutoff valve module had failed.
