An Arkefly Boeing 737-800, registration PH-TFD performing flight OR-886 (dep Sep 11th) from Antalya (Turkey) to Amsterdam (Netherlands), landed on Amsterdam's runway 36C at about 03:02L (01:02Z) but suffered a bird strike. The aircraft rolled out safely.

The aircraft remained on the ground for 28 hours for bird removal and repairs.
