A Royal Air Maroc Boeing 767-300, registration CN-ROV performing flight AT-209 (scheduled dep Jul 22nd, actual dep Jul 23rd) from Montreal,QC (Canada) to Casablanca (Marocco), was climbing out of Montreal when the crew declared PAN PAN reporting a flaps problem. A couple of minutes later the crew reported that the problem had been resolved, cancelled the PAN and continued to Casablanca for a safe landing about 6.5 hours later.

The Canadian TSB reported that shortly after takeoff the aircraft experienced problems with the flaps, the crew declared emergency, after several checks the crew was able to rectify the problem and continued the flight to destination.
