A Vision Airlines Boeing 767-200, registration N769VA performing flight V2-501 from New York JFK,NY (USA) to Georgetown (Guyana), was enroute at FL370 over the Atlantic between Bermuda and Puerto Rico when the aircraft encountered severe turbulence. The aircraft continued to Georgetown for a safe landing.

The FAA reported one of the flight attendants was injured as result of the severe turbulence near San Juan (Puerto Rico) at about 06:40Z (at that time the aircraft was abeam Bermuda).
