An Air Wisconsin Canadair CRJ-200 on behalf of US Airways, flight ZW-4020/US-4020 from Huntsville,AL to Washington National,DC (USA) with 46 people on board, was climbing out of Huntsville's runway 18R when the crew stopped the climb at 5000 feet to run the checklists due to a gear disagree message. The crew subsequently reported they needed to return to the airport expecting a normal landing, all gear indications were green. The aircraft returned to Huntsville for a safe landing on runway 18R about 15 minutes after departure.
