A KLM Boeing 737-700, registration PH-BGP performing flight KL-1084 from Manchester,EN (UK) to Amsterdam (Netherlands) with 114 passengers, was enroute at FL310 about 15nm north of Norwich,EN (UK) when the crew reported electrical problems and decided to divert to Norwich, where the aircraft landed safely on runway 27 about 20 minutes later.

The airline reported the aircraft made a precautionary landing because of unidentified fumes.
