A BH Air Balkan Holidays Airbus A320-200, registration LZ-BHD performing flight BGH-5028 from Haugesund (Norway) to Bourgas (Bulgaria), was climbing through FL140 out of Haugesund when a cockpit window cracked prompting the crew to return to Haugesund. The aircraft descended to FL100 and entered a holding to burn off fuel and landed safely on runway 32 about one hour after departure.

A replacement Airbus A320-200 registration LZ-BHC reached Bourgas with a delay of 7 hours.
