An Aeroflot Airbus A321-200, registration VP-BUM performing flight SU-1394 from Moscow Sheremetyevo to Perm (Russia) with 121 passengers, landed on Perm's runway 21 in adverse weather conditions at about 03:35L (21:35Z Mar 18th), but overran the end of the runway despite applying emergency braking, spun around and came to a stop on the runway end safety area with the nose wheel off paved surface.

Ural's Department of Transport Investigation Office opened an investigation into the occurrence.
