Germany's BFU reported in their November Bulletin released in February 2014, that during approach to Stuttgart, at about 19:00L (18:00Z), the captain complained about health related problems and was impaired in his actions. The first officer therefore also assumed the role of pilot monitoring and completed a safe landing. The BFU is investigating the occurrence rated a serious incident.
