A Perimeter Aviation Swearingen SA-227-AC Metro III, registration C-FJTS performing flight 4B-115 from Winnipeg,MB to Cross Lake,MB (Canada) with 12 people on board, landed on Cross Lake's runway 23. During the roll out the aircraft veered to the left and came to a stop about 15 feet off the left edge of the runway. The right hand propeller as well as the left hand landing gear struck runway lights.

The Canadian TSB reported that the aircraft reportedly began to veer left after applying reverse and brakes.
