A Brussels Airlines Avro RJ-100, registration OO-DWJ performing flight SN-2303 from Brussels (Belgium) to Stockholm Bromma (Sweden), was climbing out of Brussels' runway 25R when the crew stopped the climb at FL070 reporting an unsafe gear after departure. The aircraft entered a hold to burn off fuel and returned to Brussels for a safe landing about 70 minutes after departure.

A replacement RJ-100 registration OO-DWG reached Stockholm with a delay of 130 minutes.

The airline confirmed a minor technical issue.
