A UPS Airbus A300-600, registration N129UP performing freight flight 5X-742 from Louisville,KY to Tulsa,OK (USA) with 2 crew, was on approach to Tulsa's runway 18L when the crew reported hydraulic issues and requested delay vectors. The aircraft levelled at 4000 feet. The crew subsequently requested a long downwind and advised they would be disabled on the runway due to loss of nose wheel steering after landing declaring emergency. The aircraft landed safely on runway 18L about 12 minutes after levelling at 4000 feet and stopped on the runway, the crew reported everything was okay except they couldn't turn that nose wheel. The aircraft was towed to the apron.
