A passenger reported the crew announced after the aircraft had levelled off at 10,000 feet that they had suffered a sudden loss of cabin pressure and they were diverting to Chicago. The passenger however did not describe the typical events of a sudden decompression, the passenger also did not mention that the oxygen masks dropped. A replacement aircraft took them to Indianapolis.
A replacement Boeing 737-300 reached Indianapolis with a delay of 3.5 hours.
