The BEA analysed in their ASAGA Safety Study, pages 32 and 33, that researched safety relevant tendencies during go-arounds:
The small difference between the decision altitudes (editorial note: 500 feet AGL) and the recovery altitude (editorial note: 1000 feet MSL) for the goaround gave the crew little time to manage the rapid rise of a light aircraft with high thrust.
