A Travel Service Boeing 737-800 on behalf of Smartwings, registration OK-TVG performing flight QS-2907 from Bourgas (Bulgaria) to Pardubice (Czech Republic) with 191 people on board, landed on Pardubice's runway 27 (length 2500 meters/8200 feet) at 16:50L (14:50Z) but overran the end of the runway and came to a stop about 150 meters past the end of the runway on soft ground. No injuries occurred.

The airport reported the aircraft did not receive any damage. The passengers disembarked via mobile stairs onto soft ground and were bussed to the terminal.

The airline confirmed the aircraft overran the aircraft suspecting the runway was slippery due to water on the runway.

Czech Republic's UZPLN have opened an investigation into the occurrence.

On Oct 18th 2013 the UZPLN reported in their quarterly bulletin, that the right hand thrust reverser had been disabled under minimum equipment list requirements. The aircraft overran the runway by about 150 meters and then turn 90 degrees to the left. There were no injuries and no damage to the aircraft, the occurrence was rated a serious incident nonetheless.
