An Air Canada Embraer ERJ-190, registration C-FGMF performing flight AC-665 from Halifax,NS to Montreal,QC (Canada) with 80 people on board, had been dispatched under minimum equipment list requirements with the left hand bleer system inoperative. When the aircraft climbed through FL245 out of Halifax the crew received a right hand bleed air system fault indication, worked the relevant checklists but could not restore the system. The crew returned the aircraft to Halifax for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance replaced a pre-cooler exhaust duct seal.
