Subsequently a female passenger (76) felt pain and on Tuesday (May 8th) was diagnosed with the fracture of her coccyx.
The aircraft received substantial damage.
The airline confirmed the A321 was lifted by the jetway and fell back onto the apron, the aircraft has been out of service since.
The airport reported medical assistance was offered to all passengers following the A321 being lifted by the jetway, however no passenger reported pain or injuries at the time. The jetway had correctly docket at the aircraft, the failure of a sensor however caused the jetway to suddenly lift taking the aircraft door and aircraft with it.
