A SAT Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-200, registration RA-67257 performing flight HZ-9240 from Nogliki [UHSN] to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Russia) with 17 passengers and 4 crew, was climbing out of Nogliki when the crew selected the gear up however not all gear legs retracted. The commander decided to continue the flight at the assigned flight level 180. Climbing through FL150 the crew received a cabin pressure warning, descended the aircraft to FL140 (minimum safe altitude) and worked the relevant checklists. The flight continued to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk for a safe landing about 70 minutes after departure.

Russia Ministry of Transport opened an investigation into the occurrence.
