The aircraft had suffered similiar problems on Feb 28th, see Incident: American B763 enroute on Feb 28th 2013, loss of antiskid and was on its first service rotation since.
Maintenance subsequently identified a right hand anti-skid hydraulic valve was defective and also discovered a number of wires had corroded on the right hand antiskid wiring harness.
