A SAT Sakhalinsk Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-300, registration RA-67253 performing charter flight HZ-8515 from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (Russia) to Sapporo (Japan) with one passenger and 5 crew, was climbing out of Sakhalinsk when the crew detected about 5 minutes into the flight that the cabin did not pressurize. The crew stopped the climb and returned to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk for a safe landing.
