A Bangkok Airways Airbus A319-100, registration HS-PGN performing flight PG-137 from Bangkok to Koh Samui (Thailand), was on final approach to Koh Samui's runway 17 when the aircraft touched down before the threshold of the runway. The aircraft rolled out without further incident.

The aircraft departed for the next sector about 70 minutes later.

On Sep 14th 2023 Thailand's AAIIC reported the aircraft touched down short of the threshold of runway 17 and opened an investigation into the occurrence rated an incident. There were no injuries and no damage.
