An American Eagle Canadair CRJ-700, flight MQ-3720 from New Orleans,LA to Chicago O'Hare,IL (USA), was descending through FL300 towards Chicago at about 14:50Z when the aircraft encountered severe turbulence causing injuries to two flight attendants and a passenger. The crew declared medical emergency and continued to Chicago for a safe landing on runway 28 about 36 minutes later.
