A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700, flight WN-2879 from Denver,CO to Kansas City,MO (USA) with 109 passengers and 5 crew, was enroute at FL370 about 140nm southwest of Omaha,NE (USA) when the crew decided to divert to Omaha due to a fuel valve problem. The aircraft landed safely in Omaha about 25 minutes later.

A replacement Boeing 737-700 reached Kansas City with a delay of 2.5 hours.
