A GoJet Canadair CRJ-550 on behalf of United, registration N538GJ performing flight UA-4422 from Newark,NJ to Rochester,NY (USA), was in the initial climb out of runway 22R when the crew requested to return to the airport advising it appeared a headset was still connected to the aircraft. The aircraft stopped the climb at 2000 feet and landed safely back on Newark's runway 11 about 15 minutes after departure.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 2 hours, then departed again and reached Rochester with a delay of 2 hours.
