A UPS United Parcel Service Boeing 757-200, registration N469UP performing flight 5X-3218 from Louisville,KY to Richmond,VA (USA) with 2 crew, was climbing out of Louisville's runway 17L when the crew stopped the climb at 5000 feet reporting disagreeing airspeeds. The aircraft returned to Louisville for a safe landing on runway 17R about 25 minutes after departure.

The aircraft remained on the ground in Louisville for about 39 hours before returning to service.
