An Aeroflot Boeing 737-800, registration VP-BRF performing flight SU-1245 from Orenburg to Moscow Sheremetyevo (Russia) with 68 people on board, was climbing out of Orenburg's runway 08 when the crew stopped the climb at FL190 due to problems with the flaps. The aircraft returned to Orenburg for a safe landing on runway 08 about 45 minutes after departure.

Ural's Transport Prosecution Office reported a flap malfunction sensor was triggered.
