A Gol Transportes Aereos Boeing 737-700, registration PR-GEQ performing flight G3-1841 from Rio de Janeiro Galeao,RJ to Brasilia,DF (Brazil) with 103 passengers and 6 crew, was climbing out of Galeao's runway 15 when the crew stopped the climb at FL100 after being unable to retract the landing gear. The aircraft returned to Galeao's runway 15 for a safe landing about 25 minutes after departure.

A replacement Boeing 737-700 registration PR-VBO reached Brasilia with a delay of about 90 minutes.

The occurrence aircraft returned to service about 13 hours after landing.
