An Aurora Airlines de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration RA-67262 performing flight HZ-4621 from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to Yuzhno-Kurilsk (Russia), was climbing to FL230 when the crew stopped the climb due to an abnormal indication for the cabin pressurization and returned to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk for a safe landing.

Rosaviatsia reported frozen condensation on the seal of the aft cargo door prevented tight sealing permitting air leaking.
