A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700, registration N7847A performing flight WN-4448 from Austin,TX to Chicago Midway,IL (USA) with 137 passengers and 5 crew, was on approach to Midway's runway 31C when tower queried the crew to advise if they needed any assistance (the crew had reported a hydraulic issue earlier). The crew continued the downwind and landed on runway 31C. After landing while vacating the runway the crew advised they believed they blew a tyre and stopped just clear of the runway. Tower immediately cancelled an already issued takeoff clearance on runway 31C and sent approaches into go arounds. Emergency services responded and determined two tyres had been blown. Debris was found on the runway and the taxiway. The passengers disembarked via stairs and were bussed to the terminal.

The airline reported after landing the aircraft suffered a hydraulic fault, the aircraft had turned off the runway and stopped short of reaching the terminal. The passengers deplaned on air stairs and were bussed to the terminal.

On Oct 15th 2019 the FAA reported the aircraft blew the right outboard main tyre during landing.
