A Rusline Canadair CRJ-100, registration VQ-BND performing flight 7R-554 from Voronezh to Saint Petersburg (Russia) with 31 people on board, was climbing out of Voronezh when the crew decided to return to Voronezh due to an electrical failure. The aircraft landed safely.

A replacement CRJ-100 registration VP-BNO reached Saint Petersburg with a delay of 4.5 hours.

The previous day VQ-BND had to replace VP-BNO on the same flight, see Incident: Rusline CRJ1 at Voronezh on Sep 4th 2019, could not retract landing gear.
