An Air Canada Rouge Boeing 767-300, registration C-FMLV performing flight RV-1901 from Athens (Greece) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 288 people on board, was enroute at FL340 about 15nm north of Amsterdam (Netherlands) when the crew received hydraulic quantity EICAS message. The crew declared PAN PAN and intended to divert to London Heathrow, but subsequently diverted to Dublin (Ireland) where the aircraft landed safely about 85 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported Heathrow Airport would not accept the aircraft unless the crew declared Mayday. The crew thus elected to divert to Dublin.
