An Air Canada Airbus A320-200, registration C-FPWE performing flight AC-485 from Montreal,QC to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 125 passengers and 5 crew, was departing Montreal's runway 28 when the crew noticed the yellow and green hydraulic systems were indicating overheat. The crew declared PAN, stopped the climb at about 7000 feet and returned to Montreal for a safe landing on runway 24L about 40 minutes after departure.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance replaced the PTU (power transfer unit) of the green system as well as the accumulator.
