A Brussels Airlines Airbus A320-200, registration OO-SNA performing flight SN-2094 from London Heathrow,EN (UK) to Brussels (Belgium), landed on Brussels' runway 25L and slowed safely. When the aircraft attempted to turn off the runway, the aircraft became disabled on the runway due to the failure of nose wheel steering.

A ground observer reported he believed a bolt in the nose gear detached but wasn't too sure. The runway was closed, the passengers disembarked onto the runway and were bussed to the terminal. The aircraft was towed off the runway, the runway remained closed for at least 30 minutes.

Another ground observer reported the flight was uneventful until into the low speed roll out, then the nose gear turned by 90 degrees, which disabled the aircraft on the runway.
