According to the FAA registry database, reviewed on both Sep 12th 2018 and Sep 13th 2018, the aircraft belongs to and is operated by American Airlines (Envoy). However, on Sep 13th 2018 The Aviation Herald received an e-mail by American Airlines stating the aircraft had been handed over to PSA Airlines, the occurrence flight had been operated by PSA Airlines.
